Cosberg:  Medium-sized romaine lettuce, 5-7" in length.  Has the crunch of iceberg with the flavor of romaine.  Great for sandwiches and salads.

Storage and Tips

Optimal Storage: Cold (34F) and humid (95% RH) can keep lettuce well for 1-3 weeks. Avoid any standing water as it will hasten spoilage.

Tip: After opening our sealed bag, adding a small section of damp (not wet) paper towel can help maintain proper humidity when the bag is closed again.
